hi girls to get the fan you have to creat a kungfu panda party and invite people in that decor you can find it by clicking here. you have to be already logged in stardoll.
when you get into the decor click creat and invite and then creat your party and click on start now.
the fan will appear in a kungfu panda bag near your closet open it to get this "chinese" pretty fan :)
